MoTired Hoops was founded by Coach Zack Fields to help athletes develop the skills, habits, confidence, and mindset needed to become better players and stronger people.

Over the past eight years, Coach Zack has worked with more than 2,000 athletes through basketball camps, clinics, group workouts, and individual development. His coaching experience has taken him across 12+ states, allowing him to work with players of different ages, backgrounds, skill levels, and competitive goals.

Through MoTired Hoops, Coach Zack now trains more than 150 athletes throughout the spring and summer, while also leading clinics, camps, small-group development, and the annual MTH Elite Camp. Several players he has coached have continued their basketball careers at the college level.

The experience matters, but the standard remains the same for every athlete: bring energy, accept coaching, communicate, compete with purpose, serve the team, and commit to the work required to improve.

MTH is not built around quick results or empty promises. It is built through consistent development, meaningful relationships, and an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and expected to grow.

More Than Training

Every MTH workout is designed to provide athletes with more than drills. Players learn how to communicate, respond to adversity, become coachable, compete with confidence, support their teammates, and understand what it takes to become a winning player.

Our goal is not only to help athletes perform better on the court. We want them to leave MTH more disciplined, more confident, more accountable, and better prepared for whatever comes next.

MoTired Hoops is built around the habits that create winning players: energy and effort, a strong attitude, clear communication, complete focus, and a willingness to serve the team first.

We expect our athletes to be coachable, accountable, competitive, and committed to the details. That means showing up ready to work, responding the right way when things get difficult, encouraging teammates, studying the game, and doing the extra work without needing attention or praise.

MTH is not about being perfect. It is about building the discipline to improve, the toughness to keep going, and the character to represent something bigger than yourself.

MTH was built from more than a love for basketball. It was built from a desire to lead the right way, invest in young people, and create something that stands for discipline, growth, and service.

What we wear should represent something deeper than style. It should represent how we work, how we live, and how we show up for others.

A Bigger Why!!!

A huge part of why this mission matters so much to me is our son, Reign.
Reign has been diagnosed with Dravet syndrome, and our family has had to walk through challenges that have changed the way I see purpose, service, and impact.

MTH is personal.

It is about building something meaningful, creating opportunities, and investing into families the right way while continuing to fight for hope, support, and awareness.

Reign’s story is part of the heart behind this brand.

Through Reign Over Dravet, our mission also extends beyond the court — toward awareness, support, and believing for more in the fight against Dravet syndrome.
